It looks like a good game from the trailer. But I read some reviews, people say it is the exact same as MW2. Thoughts on this?

I was a fan of MW but the game has become a bit out of my taste. I haven't tried the new one because of me starting to dislike Black Ops but have heard mixed reviews.
